Reads every reply
A yes, a no, a question, an objection or a stop: Nero tells them apart before it answers, and only answers the ones it is sure about. Anything else comes to you.
Nero · Drip Club’s AI responder
Nero reads every reply, answers with your own approved texts, quotes from your prices, books the call on your Google Calendar and hands you anything it is not sure of. It never improvises: every text is your wording.
Drip Club Pro, $99 a month: Nero sends by itself.

Nero at work
A lead answers your opener. Here is the whole thread, step by step, with what Nero did at each one. Switch between Auto and Assist to see the only difference between the two plans: who taps Send.
Reads the reply: a yes. The card lands on your pipeline.Yes
Text 1: asks for the ages and the zip a quote needs.
Quotes a range from your own prices.Quoted
Checks the budget before it offers a time.
A yes to the price.Yes to price
Offers two open times from your Google Calendar, inside your hours, zone named.
Books the call: the event is on your calendar, the card moves to Appointment.Appointment
Had Maria asked “who is this” or “does that include dental”, Nero would have sent the objection text you approved for it, or handed the thread to you with a note. Your own reply always takes over, and STOP always wins.
What Nero can do
Nero works the leads who say yes, from the first question to the booked call, inside the limits you set. It never writes a text of its own: every message is one you approved, with the quote, the time and your name filled in.
A yes, a no, a question, an objection or a stop: Nero tells them apart before it answers, and only answers the ones it is sure about. Anything else comes to you.
The ages and the zip a quote needs come first. Add your own questions at three points in the script: before the quote, after it, and before the time.
A monthly range from the carrier table or from your own price bands by age, then a budget check. A quote check on the Nero page shows you what it will say for any household.
Two open slots inside your hours and outside your blocked times, with the time zone named. When the lead picks one, the event is on your calendar with the lead’s details.
A follow-up workflow attaches by itself when a lead stops answering after the questions or after the quote, with your texts and your timing.
Nero texts in the lead’s own texting hours, read from their area code, and waits otherwise. A lead who just texted is awake, so the reply goes out at once.
Yes, Quoted, Yes to price and Appointment land on the contact as the thread moves, the pipeline card moves with them, and your funnel and working cost per sale update on their own.
A question it has no text for, “call me now”, anything unclear: the thread comes to you as Needs you with a note on why. Your own reply always takes over.
A cap per lead and per day, no texts outside the lead’s hours, STOP and END always win, and you can stop Nero on any thread with one tap and take it from there.

How it works
Self-serve from sign-up to first send. This is the whole path.
Pick a number from the Numbers page. We buy it and submit it for carrier verification automatically. It is usually ready to send within a few business days. $1 to process, then $1 a month.
Drag in a CSV. We find the phone and name columns for you, and you can tag contacts and enroll them in a workflow during the import.
Build a multi-step sequence once. Set the weekdays and hours it may send, spread it across a pool of numbers, and it stops on its own the moment a lead replies.
Answer from one inbox, or let Nero take the leads who say yes: it asks for the details a quote needs, texts the quote and books the call on your Google Calendar. A reply lands the contact on your pipeline board automatically. Tag the sale, and the funnel row on your dashboard updates your working cost per sale.
The rest of Drip Club
Nero answers the replies. The rest of the platform gets the first text out and keeps score: verified numbers, workflows, uploads, the inbox, the pipeline and the guards. Each card is drawn from the real dashboard.
Numbers
Buy a number from the Numbers page and we submit it for carrier verification for you. Watch it go from Processing to Pending verification to ready. Put several numbers in one workflow as a sender pool. Up to 5 self-serve, more through support.
Workflows
Multi-step drip sequences you publish, pause or clone. Set send windows by weekday and hour, choose a sender pool, and the sequence stops by itself when the contact replies. Enroll contacts on upload or later, one at a time or in bulk.
Drag and drop a CSV. The phone and name columns are detected for you. Assign tags and enroll contacts in a workflow as part of the import. A progress bar tracks it, and duplicates and invalid rows are reported, not hidden.
Inbox
Two-way texting in one place. Templates with placeholders, tags, a replied filter and a blocked list. Each thread stays on the number that started it, so the lead always hears from the same one.
Write the follow-up now and send it later, up to 90 days ahead. It waits under the composer where you can edit it, move it to another time, send it now or remove it. If quiet hours delay it, the thread says so.
Write a message once with placeholders and reuse it from the inbox. Color tags keep your contacts sorted, and tags named Yes, Quoted, Appointment and Sale feed your funnel.
Pipeline and dashboard
A board of your contacts. Columns are stages. Each card holds the quoted amount, the network or carrier it was quoted with, a note and a status of Working, Sold or Lost. Rules do the moving: a reply adds the contact or moves it forward, an opt-out marks it Lost, entering a stage can add a tag or start a workflow, and Sold or Lost pauses the drip. Every change is kept as history on the card. Reports show sold by month and win rate. Start from the one-click template built with health insurance agents, or build your own. Up to 10 boards with 12 stages each.
One dashboard row: uploads, spend, then Yes, Quoted, Appointment and Sale counts with the rate at each step. Working CPA is spend divided by sales, where spend is message cost plus number cost. The counts come from your own tags named Yes, Quoted, Appointment and Sale. View all time or the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Sent, delivered, failed and inbox counts by hour or by day over the range you pick. See when texts went out and when the replies came back.
Protection
If carriers block 30% or more of one number's messages in an hour, past a minimum volume, Drip Club locks that number, pauses only the workflows that had no other usable sender, drops it from mixed sender pools so the rest keep going, and tells you. Support provides a replacement and the portal shows when it is ready. Manual replies are never blocked.
On by default for every account, using the card your subscription is billed from. When your balance drops below $5 while messages are waiting, or sooner when your sending rate needs more, that card is charged $50, or $40 then $30 if the bank declines, at most $150 in any 24 hours. Stripe emails a receipt for each charge. Paused workflows resume once the funds land. It never charges when nothing is waiting, and you can switch it off any time on the Billing page.
STOP and END are always honored. Add your own stop words, and keep a blocked list of contacts you never want to text. Opt-outs always win over any automation, including the AI.
Questions
No. Nero only sends messages built from texts you have approved, filling in the quote range, the appointment time and your name. It never improvises. It hands the thread back to you on questions, objections or anything unclear, and a reply from you always takes over. On Drip Club Pro it runs in Auto mode and sends by itself; on Standard it runs in assist mode: it prepares each reply and you tap Send.
Nero has texts you approve for the common ones: a question about the provider, a request to email instead, a missing detail. Anything else comes straight to you in the inbox as Needs you, with a note on why, and your own reply always takes over. STOP and END always win.
Yes. Connect Google Calendar on the Nero page and set your hours, the call length and any blocked times. Nero offers two open slots with the time zone named, and when the lead picks one the event is on your calendar with the lead’s details. If the slot they ask for is taken it suggests the nearest open ones.
Drip Club Pro is $99 a month and runs Nero in Auto mode: it sends its replies, quotes, time offers and booking confirmations by itself and hands anything it is not sure of to you. It is the plan we recommend because the whole point of Nero is answering a yes within seconds, at any hour. Standard, at $30 a month or $270 a year, has everything else and Nero in assist mode. Switch between the two any time from the Nero page or Settings; the unused part of your current plan is credited to your balance.
A toll-free number is a business phone number. Before it can send business texts, carriers verify who is behind it, which is why sign-up asks for your legal company name, DBA, address, EIN and a contact. Drip Club submits that for verification the moment you buy a number. Every Drip Club sending number is a verified toll-free number.
Usually a few business days. The Numbers page shows the status the whole way: Processing, then Pending verification, then ready.
$0.01 per SMS segment, paid from a prepaid balance you top up by card. One segment is one standard text; a long text uses more than one. No bundles, no tiers, and the balance never expires.
Yes, at least one. Each toll-free number is $1 to process plus $1 a month, taken from your balance. You can buy up to 5 yourself from the Numbers page; ask support if you need more. If a number cannot be obtained, the charge goes back to your balance.
The spam fail-safe locks that number once carriers block 30% of its messages in an hour, so you stop paying for texts that never arrive. Any workflow that still has another usable number keeps sending; one that does not is paused, and you are told either way. Support provides a replacement, and the portal tells you when it is ready. You can still reply to anyone by hand.
Yes, any time. Drip Club Pro is $99 a month, Standard is $30 a month or $270 a year, and a switch between them goes through a Stripe checkout that credits the unused part of the old plan to your balance. Your prepaid balance does not expire, so there is nothing else to wind down.
