If you connect a Google Calendar to Nero, Drip Club's AI responder, we access it through Google's Calendar API with your permission (the calendar.events scope, together with the email address of the Google account you connect). We use that access for one purpose: to book the phone calls that leads agree to by text on your own calendar, and to avoid offering a lead a time you already have taken.
What we access: the busy and free time windows of the calendar you connect (the start and end times of events and whether an event blocks time) and the events Drip Club itself creates for booked calls. We do not request event titles, descriptions, or attendee lists, and we do not read any other calendar or any other Google service.
What we store: an encrypted access token and refresh token so we can keep booking without asking you to sign in again, the email address of the connected Google account, and the ids of the events we created. We delete the tokens when you disconnect the calendar in Drip Club or revoke access on your Google Account permissions page.
What we share: we never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never let people read it except to resolve a support issue you raise or as required by law. The only service outside Google that receives information derived from your calendar is our AI provider (Section 12), and only in the form of busy and free time windows and the open times offered to a lead. Event titles, descriptions, attendee identities, your tokens, and your account email are never sent to it.
Limited Use: Drip Club's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, or derived, to develop, train, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, generalized or otherwise, and we do not transfer it to any service that does.
Nero, Drip Club's AI responder, drafts and, where you switch it on, sends text replies to leads on your behalf and books calls. To do this, Drip Club sends the text conversation with the lead, the lead's first name and time zone, your scripted reply texts, and, when a call is being scheduled, the busy and free time windows described in Section 11, to Anthropic, PBC through its commercial API, which runs the Claude models. We use no other AI provider and no intermediary, gateway, or model hub.
Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit it from training its models on content sent through its API. Google user data is never used to train or improve any AI model, by Drip Club or by any provider acting for Drip Club. We do not operate self-hosted or offline AI models.
Every text the AI sends is recorded in your inbox exactly as the lead received it, and you can stop the AI on any conversation or switch it off for your account at any time.
The Company provides a messaging platform only.
All liability for compliance with toll-free verification and carrier requirements, TCPA, CTIA, and related regulations rests with the user.
If fines, penalties, or damages arise from your use of our services, you agree to fully indemnify and hold the Company harmless.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
