Usage, simple
Beyond the subscription you pay for two things: messages and numbers. Auto top-up is on by default, so a queue of messages never stalls on an empty balance.

$0.01 per segment
One segment is one standard text; longer texts use more. Paid from a prepaid balance you top up by card. The same price on both plans, AI replies included. No bundles, no expiry.
Toll-free numbers
$1 + $1/month
$1 one-time processing plus $1 a month per number. The processing fee and the first month come off your balance at purchase. Buy up to 5 yourself from the Numbers page, more through support. If a number cannot be obtained, the charge goes back to your balance.
Auto top-up
Included, on by default
Every account is enrolled on the card its subscription is billed from. When your balance falls below $5 while messages are waiting, or sooner when your sending rate needs more, that card is charged $50, falling back to $40 then $30 if the bank declines, at most $150 in any 24 hours. Stripe emails a receipt for each charge. Never when nothing is waiting, and you can switch it off on the Billing page.

How does billing work?
Standard is $30 a month or $270 a year and Drip Club Pro is $99 a month, charged by card through Stripe. Messages and numbers come out of a prepaid balance you top up by card. Messages are deducted from that balance as they are sent, and every charge shows in your transaction history.
What does Drip Club Pro add?
Auto mode for Nero. On Standard the AI prepares each reply and you tap Send. On Pro it sends by itself: the quote, the time offer and the booking confirmation, and it still hands anything it is not sure of to you. Everything else is the same on both plans, and messages cost the same $0.01 per segment.
Can I switch between Standard and Pro?
Yes, from the Nero page or from Settings. The switch opens a Stripe checkout for the new plan. When it starts, the old plan ends and its unused days are credited to your Drip Club balance. Switching back to Standard puts the AI back in assist mode; your texts and settings stay as they were.
What is a segment?
A segment is one standard text message. A short text is one segment at $0.01. A long text is split into more segments and each one costs $0.01. Keep texts short and a message stays at one segment.
How many numbers do I need, and what do they cost?
One is enough to start. Each is $1 to process plus $1 a month, and the fee plus the first month come off your balance at purchase. Buy up to 5 yourself from the Numbers page; more on request through support. Several numbers can share one workflow as a sender pool.
How long until my number can send?
We submit it for carrier verification the moment you buy it. It is usually ready within a few business days, and the Numbers page shows the status the whole way. Accounts without business information on file are asked to email support, who sets it up.
How does auto top-up work?
It is on by default for every account, using the card your subscription is billed from. When your balance drops below $5 and messages are waiting, or sooner when your sending rate needs more, we charge that card $50; if the bank declines we try $40, then $30, and never more than $150 in any 24 hours. Stripe emails you a receipt for each charge, workflows that paused for funds resume once the money lands, and it never charges when nothing is waiting. Turn it off any time on the Billing page, and back on with the consent dialog.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, on either plan. Your prepaid balance does not expire, and messages are only ever pay as you go, so there is nothing else to wind down.
